Very Stiff and Uncomfortable
I bought this a month ago and had to send them back. They are super cute but they are very stiff and hurt my ankles. I also ordered 8W and they were not wide. They were narrow and uncomfortable. Normally Rockports are good for being wide width and comfortable, but not these booties. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing
The delivered product is full of scratches and there is no answer to any inquiries regarding returns.
I do not want to buy again.

Stiff Upper
The shoe has comfortable insole and is a pretty boot but the upper part is very stiff and where it sits makes for an uncomfortable fit.

Such a cute boot but gave me blisters
Usually I have such good luck with my purchases from Rockport but these have a stitch right above my outer ankle that rubbed abs broke skin. I think I’ll have to add some padding or something to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Other than that these are SO freaking cute so I hope I can find a remedy.

Perfect in Every Way!
I have been looking for these boots for a very long time due to my selective criteria: not too high of a classic block heel, not too pointy or round of a toe and comfortable!
I purchased the black WP (regular black was unavailable) and they are beautiful and incredibly comfortable! Wish they had the brown in my size.
I will be wearing these for years!
