This has not been my experience with some other companies. Unfortunately for RockPort though, I found the same shoes for a lower price through Amazon so the repurchase was made there.

With no explanation, the money I paid was fully refunded this week on Wednesday 2.10.21 with an email from PayPal. The last I received from Rockport was notification that my order was shipped on 2.3.21. We love the shoe but used a department store to order the same pairs again. Customer service is great when you reach out and need help- same goes for the company.
