Poor Fit, Low Quality
I've purchased Rockport shoes my entire life and was excited to see the styling of the truFLEX Tie Sneaker. Unfortunately, the shoes look better than they fit. I ordered 'W" for my wide feet but it was too narrow, too short and poor fitting all around. The insole felt thin and cheap. Overall, very disappointing and does not measure up to the usual quality.

The Men's truFlex is light weight and comfortable. Not what I expected
The shoe is tight and not very comfortable...I have attempted to return but it would appear that due to Covid no one is in the office to respond to emails....10 days later I finally got a response
