It has been 16 days now since I ordered and have no boots or any exclamation.
I was told they would be shipped within 48 hours and I have nothing,
I am very unhappy and have worn Rockport shoes and none other for 25 years.

The quality of the boots I bought is good but the boots were fairly tight. After buying one size larger they were still tight not sure about factory measurements
