Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Repeating! I am so pleased with the Surge boot that this is the fourth pair I have purchased. The durability and waterproof feature keep me coming back time after time to the boot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great at first but quickly went downhill I bought these for my new job at Starbucks and at first it was great. I bought them in august and by October the nonslip was gone. I have now worn through the bottoms and I've had them less than 6 months and I needed a new pair of shoes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sole comes off I got a pair about 2 months ago. Wore them a total of 5 times, just to the office. No water, no hiking, nothing. On the fifth use, the sole came off at the heel. Shoes look brand new but can't wear them any more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maybe my favorite shoes I wanted a pair of waterproof mid height boots for casual/work. I've always found Rockports comfortable and these do not disappoint. I find them almost as comfortable as trainers. I've had them for over a year and wear them typically 2-4 days a week. I have not experienced any issues with them leaking or falling apart, only exhibiting normal scuffing/wear. I did have a lace break last week, but it didn't occur to me to expect Rockport to replace it, I just ordered a new pair for $5. As for not being slip resistant, I don't see that they are advertised as such, so I'm not sure why you would complain about that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low Quality I needed new boots for work. I am about 50/50 Split between office and field. Decided to finally spend some real money on boots that would last. The look and feel of these boot where very attractive, and for the first month they were extreamly comfortable. In the second month the laces on both boots frayed and snapped. I figured with was just cheap laces and replaced them with new higher quality. after another month or two these began to fray. I found that the eyelets has sharp edges that were wearing down the laces. I'm on my third pair. After only 6 months of moderate use, the soles have become very worn. and have started to break up. These boots do not live up to the Rockport name, or the price I paid for them. Makes me question every buying another pair of Rockports again.
