Great Shoes. very poor customer service
I tend to like Rockport shoes a lot and have been buying them for years. I recently attempted to return a pair i bought on rockport.com for the first time and have had a terrible experience. There is nothing wrong with the shoes, but i decided the color was not what I wanted. The customer care call center was apparently closed all through the holidays and no one responds to emails for care requests submitted from the site. I would not recommend buying online.

Well made, no sheen though
I purchased these for my daughter's wedding, thinking they had a sheen / kind of dressy - a nice finished shoe. Don't get me wrong - they are very well made but they are flat / not dressy looking.
