Love these shoes
I have wide feet and bunions so it is hard to find a pair of shoes that fit well. The minute I tried these on I knew we were going to be good friends. I especially like the sole. Many shoes I have found that fit well don't have a durable sole so I replace them even though the uppers are in good shape. Not wiith the Dustyn Wingtip. These shoes will last forever. Stylish and comfortable - who could ask more.

Much smaller, cheaper appearing
I've worn Rockports for 20 years. Always a 10 W. These shoes are made much too small. I can't get them on my foot. They don't see like wides. When I compare them to my other older 8 pair of Rockports they seem cheaper and are obviously much smaller. The labels always used to be sewn onto the underside of the tongue. These have a printed on label. I threw the box away immediately because for 20 years a 10 wide fit without fail. I estimate I would have to get an 11 double EE for them to fit. Very disappointed. Now I have to find another shoe brand.

Long break in
Wearing almost every day for three weeks. Collar leather is still quite stiff and supportive but gives me problems with previous fracture points in ankle and foot. Hoping that it will soften as time goes on as I really like these shoes in every other way. Odd to be complaining about good quality construction but it is a "pain" till break in is complete.

Looks great, doesn't fit
This shoe was identical in size to another pair that I bought and they fit perfect but I could not get my foot into these and returned them yesterday.

Great Shoes. very poor customer service
I tend to like Rockport shoes a lot and have been buying them for years. I recently attempted to return a pair i bought on rockport.com for the first time and have had a terrible experience. There is nothing wrong with the shoes, but i decided the color was not what I wanted. The customer care call center was apparently closed all through the holidays and no one responds to emails for care requests submitted from the site. I would not recommend buying online.
