I never got the shoes! They sent the wrong size!
I bought this shoe and they shipped a totally different shoe in a different size and I can’t seem to get a follow through about getting the shoe I paid for.

I purchased these "walking shoes" to use on my morning 4 mile walk. I wore them for two times and found the heal was wearing at an alarming rate. These wouldn't last but a couple of months at the best. If these are truly "walking shoes" the soles should be of a higher wear rubber. I attempted to contact Rockport but waited for close to an hour on hold on the phone and gave up. I sent them an email but after a week still have not gotten an answer. I did not get a return UPS tag in my shipment so as of this writing I am unable to ship them back. So far my purchase experience is also very poor. Don't buy these if you are doing any "real" walking.
Oh by the way I tried to add a jpg photo to this review but the add photo feature wouldn't recognize it.
