Rockport are ALWAYS GREAT!
This month I bought 4 pairs of Rockports (one I gave away.) Each pair was wonderful. Two pair were solid, firm, supportive and comfy. My foot pain from too much at-home barefoot walking during the pandemic was relieved upon putting on my Rockports. My waterproofs are good and comfy.

Definitely fits smaller than expected
Had to return it. I have multiple other pairs of size 11 rockports but this one in size 11 was a joke. Way too small. Disappointed because they looked nice

Great casual oxfords

Narrow and 1 inch longer than regular size
I ordered from rockport.com a pair of Navy Suede 10M and a pair of Spice 9.5W.
Both pairs are the same length and are an inch longer than a regular size 9.5. They feel more like size 11/11.5.
Spice 9.5W (made in Bangladesh) feels narrower than Navy Suede 10M (made in China) and it was supposed to be wider. Both pairs are narrow, even the 9.5W feels very narrow.

Great style, but poor everything else
I've been a fan of Rockport's but this is the second recent pair of shoes that was a dud. The style was great, as expected, but the fit was a bit large compared to my other Rockports of the same size. I thought it'd be fine, but the fabric loosened up and it just got worse with wearing. The insole was so bad that my feet and legs ached after one day of wearing them at my desk job. It got better after replacing them with my own insole. Biggest complaint is the rubber at the bottom appears to be super soft. Maybe the same thing they make pencil erasers out of. After just two days of wearing them (again at a desk job), they're showing visible wear in the heel (at least 1cm worn down so far--I'd attach a photo but apparently the website is broken too)
