"I have worn these Charlee Chukas several times now. I do remove the insoles of most shoes I purchase because manufacturer insoles are inadequate in most respects and I replace with my own preferred style for additional support and comfort. I made the substitution of the insoles of these Chukas. I normally get wide width for this reason. There was sufficient room in the shoes to accommodate the replacement insoles. They fit and were comfortable out of the box with my new insoles. I am very satisfied with the look and feel of the shoes. My review and recommendation are based on the Chukas with my substituted insoles because that is the way I wear them. I have not had them long enough to see how they clean up. However, I liked them so well that I ordered the Charlee shoe version in a different color."
