"I have been buying Rockport shoes since I was probably 13. This is the best fitting shoe from them I've had yet. It also looks very nice. I only wish I could get the narrow fit in the cap toe or the wingtip. I have been highly pleased with all my Rockport shoes."

Nice shoe but too tight in toe box
It’s a very nice shoe but it’s too tight in the toe box, need to return.

Not Quite
Sorry to say, I am an A width in shoes - used to be a AA. Even though Rockport does offer a narrow in some of their shoes, they are probably a B width. This particular shoe is not narrow enough for my feet. Also, they need to come in half sizes for the long shoes - like 12 1/2. One shoe that was narrow enough was the World Tour Men's Classic - although, it was not comfortable.

Bad fit
These were replacement for my original brown shoes which leaked. The brown ones were extremely comfortable, these not so much. Doesn't make sense but that's my experience.

Worn out too soon...
I bought them from a second hand store a month ago. The slip resistant soles have almost completely worn down to nothing after just three and a half weeks of use. The inside sole is completely perfect, which is crazy considering it is the first part of a shoe that wears down. Glad I didn't pay $100 dollars for them.

Disappointed
I have previously ordered shoes online with satisfaction from Rockport and other brands, so I was surprised by this lapse in quality control. The shoes I received were in the original box but all the inner packing and protective paper had been removed. Both shoes were laced for wear. The soles were scuffed on the outer edges to more dark gray than black. On this smooth toe style, both shoes were creased across the top from wear and apparently stretched to conform to someone else's feet. These were way beyond just "tried on"; these were significantly worn shoes. Not only should they not have been resold as new, the previous owner should not have been given credit for the return. I prefer to know n advance if I am purchasing used merchandise. I do have a Goodwill store nearby if I want used.. Really more trouble to ship back than to just go to brick and mortar store to make selection to start with.
I know this can happen, but so does Rockport or any other online merchandiser. So who, on your staff, checks returns, and who does quality checks on outgoing shipments? This was such a glaring oversight, it is clear that you need a change of personnel.
