"I had issues with my foot and was shopping around. Tried different brands and none were satisfying. My brother suggested to try Rockport. Ordered this one online. Nothing but I just became a fan of Rockport. The fitting was perfect for my 'wide' feet. The material was so flexible. What made me the happiest is the sole... Wow, soft with cushions, and apt for my heels, arch and toe. Walking in this shoes makes me feel like 'this is the one for me'. Great design which gives that professional look matches any dress pants. Am so happy. I strongly recommend this product."

"I used to be an exclusive Johnson & Murphy hard sole wing tip wearer for 25 years. A foot injury had me look for an alternative, as I needed comfort. This shoe is the answer! Now, I always have a back up pair ready to go in my closet, and they are inexpensive enough, that I don't miss trying to keep the Johnson & Murphy's re-soled and in good condition. With these, when they are worn out, I just order a new pair."

Charles Road Cap Toe Oxford is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 37.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very narrow Perhaps I misread the description, but I'm generally disappointed in my purchase. Much to narrow for my pretty standard foot. Show is fine from a manufacturing point of view, I suppose. However, they either run small and narrow, or I missed something in the description.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price For the price, everything was great except one thing: the laces. The laces are trash, but everything else about the shoe is great, very comfortable and breathe well!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Toe box too narrow for me. I go to Rockport for comfortable dress shoes with a wide toe box. This one came to an uncomfortable point on my monster feet. No hard feelings but they went back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfy Shoe, Terrible Laces! If you need a dress shoe that needs to be comfortable since you are on your feet or walking a lot, this is a good choice. However - the laces provided are TERRIBLE. It feels like you are unable to walk around for 5 minutes without them coming untied, unless perhaps you triple-knot them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looked cheaply made with fake material. Buy Rockport’s frequently and have had good luck with them, my recent purchase reminded me of something sold at a discount big box store

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look is cheap, cost is cheap You get what you pay for. I got the black box and they look too shiny for my taste. These shoes are like the ones you get when you rent a suit when you're like 8 years old and being forced to wear something nice for a wedding. The material feels cheap and the eyelets are too small for the laces so when you pull you get that cringe feeling like when someone scratches a plate with their fork and knife. I am returning these shoes because they are not what I expected. One plus though is that the inside feels sort of comfy. Unfortunately everything else can be a lot better.
