What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated in the Loop returns portal within 30 days after warehouse shipment as established by carrier tracking information. Customers also must print their return labels within the 30-day policy window and drop off at a UPS location within 7 days of printing.

Items should not be damaged, washed, or worn. Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

How do I return my item?
We now offer online returns! Please go to Rockport Returns and follow the instructions to process your return.
When will I receive a refund once I have returned an item?
Due to congestion in the delivery infrastructure, please allow up to 3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Original order shipping fees and applicable shipping taxes are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You will need to go through our returns process and then place a new order if you need a size or color exchange. Please go to Rockport Returns and follow the instructions to begin your return.
Can I return an item purchased at a Rockport partner or retailer?
If your item was purchased in a store, please contact the store directly to arrange for a return or exchange. We are only able to refund items purchased on

A $5.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund

I'm in Puerto Rico how do I return my order?
