Completely wrong shoe received
This was my first time ordering from Rockport and last time. I purchased shoes as gift for my father for Christmas and when I opened the box to wrap the gift realized that what was sent was not only the wrong shoe in the wrong color, it was also a full size too small. I have not heard back from Rockport Customer Care but instead received this email to review my purchase. Bad experience overall and equally terrible timing.
