Unexpected Low Quality
I'm looking to augment my winter foot options. Unfortunately, the Gratasha V-Cut Boot in Burgandy LTHR will not do. The fit was fine, neither too large nor too small. The height is great; it gives plenty of room for my ankle to move. However, this shoe is going back.
a. The arch is in the wrong place--weird!
b. The sole feels awkward and cheap; I don't trust it to provide the stability I need.
c. And the perforated section - 1) it looks strange, like a spat, and 2) I don't believe it's animal leather.
d. In fact, let's talk leather on the rest of the shoe. I have my doubts that these boots are made of what we know in the States to be real leather. It seems to be more of a 'pleather' - something leather-like. Why is this so-called 'leather' lined with microfiber fabric? It doesn't look, feel or smell like cow leather.
e. I've trusted the Rockport brand in the past for great quality, fit, and comfort. What's happened to your brand, Rockport?

I am on my feet all day. These shoes fit so good and have great support I can wear them all day. I got them in teal but there so comfortable I just ordered the burgundy.

Hi, I have had many Rockport/Cobb Hill shoes over the years. Stylish and very comfortable. Sadly, this darling bootie didn’t fit right on my foot ankle area. I sadly sent them back.
