"Bought this shoe mainly for travel as I was looking for something waterproof and able to handle everything from city walking to a light trail in the woods. The Seth has firm support and is well constructed which needs some breaking in before reaching it's best. Sole provides very good no slip traction and appears it will be long lasting. One of the firmest fitting Dunham shoes I have purchased."

"I bought these a few weeks ago and very happy with them! I have a narrow foot, usually the heal is too wide but these fit my heals great, very comfortable. I do wish they were slightly more narrow but I still am very happy with my purchase."

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great comfort!! I have been wearing them all summer and I find them comfortable once they are broken in. I also inserted additional soles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very roomy and narrow I have large feet and have to purchase shoes online as most stores don't carry a 14M. After trying three other Dunham shoe styles and returning them for the same reason, narrow and lots of heel room, I decide to try these. They will do. The quality seems great and I'll see how they break in. Theses shoes are not a heavy duty hike shoe. They are more of a light walking through city parks. I would not attempt them on the PCT or AT. After a very rainy week, rain and puddles got in the toe and there is a lack of waterproofing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A hiker's lowcut I bought this shoe after being very well satisfied with the Lexington. The Lexington offered such support for walking on my last trip to the Arizona desert and mountains around Tucson that I was frankly astonished. Though I walked all day for three consecutive days--up mountain and down--I experienced no foot fatigue. In my experience this is great; I cannot remember another shoe that afforded such excellent support. So I looked on the Dunham website for a shoe that looked roughly equivalent but had slightly more style than the Lex. The Seth offered just that. As it turns out the Seth is very comfortable but has a decidedly stiffer sole than the Lex. It has the same snug wraparound fit and I can imagine that, particularly on the trail, it will do even better than the Lex, particularly In the setting of loose stones on a downward mountain path.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good shoe I've only worn these shoes a week, though they seem to be a good walking shoe and I like the stile. The fit is good, though they are not as light in weight as I expected from the description.
