Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes. Our shoes are made to fit directly out of the box. They do not need to be broken in.
-
People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include - foot cramping or "falling asleep" or the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
-
Feet typically get bigger with age. We encourage you to have your feet measured every year. Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
-
Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.
-
While the incremental enlargement/reductions between the sizes and widths are industry standards – not every manufacturer starts with the same measurement for their model size.
-
Rockport and Cobb Hill use the same Brannock Device measurement along with several taped forefoot volume measurements as a starting point for both men’s and women’s shoes.

I love these shoes. Look good and feel good. I wear them a lot.
My grandson likes them very much. He likes the color, the style, and the comfort.
Very comfortable and perfect color.
Grey shoes
Light weight , very comfortable, very satisfied. Just what I expected from Rockport!
The benefits of truFlex soles
I have chronic tendonitis from over supination of my left foot. Wearing Rockport truFLEX shoes has provided me with significant pain relief during busy days at the office which involve a lot of walking from exam room to exam room and from my medical office building to the hospital and back.
Great shoes
Fit is fantastic….true to size
Not like rockport anymore
I have purchased Rockport shoes for 30 years. Now what you get is cheap quality and not comfortable shoes. They used to be known for comfort. Pictures in advertising are very misleading as to looks and quality.
Mens truFlex DressSports Oxfod
I been buying Rockports shoes for almost 30 years. They are the most comfortable shoes. Never had any problems with them.
Great Shoes
Really enjoy Rockport, these shoes especially with the cushioned soles that work for dressing up and dressing down. All without sacrificing comfort!
Shoes vs service
Started tight and loosened a great deal. I find it difficult to do business with a company that cant answer questions on the phone. Not the Rockport I used to do business with.
Great shoe
Good looking shoe, lightweight, comfortable... Could wear them all day without fatigue.
