"I have been looking for a lower heeled tall boot that did not have "gathers" or pleats around the ankle for sometime -- wanted a sleeker look with a low heel. These do the trick! One caution, if you are a shorter individual, the boot shaft may be a tad tall -- I am 5'7" with a ~30" inseam and the top of the shaft sits quite close to the bend in my knee. Have worn these out and about no fit issues. A good choice!"
