Comfortable, great shoe

It's not you, it's me
These are cute and practical and should be comfy, but they didn't have enough heel for me. They should have been okay, but I felt like I was going downhill. I tried some heel pads but that didn't work, either. The insole was nice, so thank you for that. Always need insoles with cush and arch support, so don't ever quit with those. Cobb Hill might be the only shoe company who realizes how important these features are AND makes shoes in narrow widths!

Very supple leather
I wish these would have fit because they are very soft and supple. I ordered 7.5 in XW, and the width was perfect. But they were about 1/4" too long and my heel came out of them as I walked. A 1/2 size smaller may have fit length-wise, but probably would not be wide enough. I reluctantly returned them.

The only issue: the right shoe is just slightly bigger than the left. I am glad I ordered Wide. They are really comfortable and I like the color.

Quite Disappointed
I normally wear an 8.5 W or 9, but these were waaaay tooo long. Also narrow in the toe area for a Wide, and the heel slipped. Disappointing quality and texture to the shoe. Sending back.

Somewhat disappointed
I have probably 7 or 8 pairs and wear and love them all. Some I have purchased on line and some retail. This is the first pair I have sent back.
The back of the shoe did not cover my heel.

Runs large, leather disappointing
Runs large. I thought these were the same shoe that I purchased a year or two ago but sadly the leather is not at all the same.
