Rated 2 out of 5 by Great basic flat but cut too narrow with low vamp These shoes looked like they would be the perfect shoe for work and also for informal weekend activities and since they were from Rockport (great rep for comfort AND quality), I thought sight unseen (ordering them online) they'd also fit - and my basic go-to flats problem would be solved. But alas, this didn't happen, although I ordered them in the size I wear across the board in other higher-tagged and stylish comfort shoes.- size 9 Medium, they were cut so narrowly with a very tapered toe and a low-cut vamp, that I could barely squeeze (especially my right foot that has a bunion) my feet into them. I had also read in a previous user review on them, that they worked for her bad knee problem (which I have on my right side from sciatica that I currently suffer from) and so I thought these shoes would not only be chic for my sophisticated urban lifestyle, but also help out a tad with realignment issues. Loved the fact too, that the innersole seemed to be very cushy and comfortable (that is, if I had indeed gotten a larger size like a 9 1/2 Wide perhaps and I could have put my feet all the way into the shoe to experience this). So because of the aforesaid probs, back they went and I didn't order a pair in another size (not sure if they came in Wide or in half sizes either...even if I wanted to give a larger size another try), because I didn't have the time and patience to do so. I however, adored the service Rockport gave me - very classy and reliable - and excellent user-friendly return policies, too and if I gave myself more time to purchase from them next time, I'd definitely order shoes from them in a heartbeat. Rated 3 out of 5 by liked the look but not the fit I have been shopping for a pair of plain flats (very hard to find) with no embellishments of any kind that I can use for traveling. I thought I had finally found these at Rockport. I read the reviews but since I'm 7.5M I decided to go to the store and try these out. Loved the look and when I tried them in the store they seemed fine. Brought them home and wore them all day at home and had to use bandaids and moleskin where the top of my foot bends at the toe. Shoes pinched enough to give me a blister on each foot. I returned them today and the hunt is back on. April 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Flats are lovely but large I purchased 9w and I do have wide feet. They were long and wide. I would need a 1/2 size smaller. Shoes are excellently made, very cushy and comfy. I had to return cause they wanted to fall off my feet. I will reorder just smaller. Highly recommend this brand of shoe. March 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Shoes did not look great. Had a scuff on them. They were returned but the label was so tiny with the address the package was actually returned to us and I had to pay $8 to return by UPS. Will not order online from Rockport again. March 11, 2013
