Rated 4 out of 5 by Good customer service I bought a tan pair of the Demisa Plain Moc at the Rockport store and loved them so much that I ordered 2 more pairs online. When the stitching on the store-bought pair started to come undone, I brought my receipt and the shoes back to the store where I originally purchased them and they exchanged my shoes. No hassle, no questions asked. I'm hoping I won't have the same problem with the 2 pairs I bought online, but if I do, it's good to know that they will be replaced. May 20, 2013
