Good customer service I bought a tan pair of the Demisa Plain Moc at the Rockport store and loved them so much that I ordered 2 more pairs online. When the stitching on the store-bought pair started to come undone, I brought my receipt and the shoes back to the store where I originally purchased them and they exchanged my shoes. No hassle, no questions asked. I'm hoping I won't have the same problem with the 2 pairs I bought online, but if I do, it's good to know that they will be replaced. May 20, 2013
Great for casual, short-term walking. This is a beautiful and comfortable shoe. I was looking for something like this to wear to Europe - more than just casual, short walking. I felt the sole wasn't thick enough for walking city streets for hours. April 30, 2013
Stylish and Comfy I first saw this shoe on one of the shops that was close to where I live. I tried it on and instantly I was in love! The fact that it was simple and comfortable and can be worn on almost any clothing I have added to it. At that time, I was not able to purchase it but it was on my mind all the time. Then I had a trip coming up and thought that this would be a nice walking shoe to bring! At around the same time, I was given a coupon and was able to buy the same shoe that I wanted with an affordable price! I bought the white version of this shoe. No blisters.
