The most comfortable and sleek looking rainboot I purchased the short version first and loved the comfort, look, and the wedge that gave me a boost in height. Then I got the full boot... It is all that I expected. Fits to your actual shoe size, even with a light sport sock. The platform wedge with rubber sole keeps me well-balanced and supported for an all-work day wear. The look is sleek and fashionably simple. The shaft has a band that stretches if you need more calf space. My sister purchased the same and she loves her boot! Stylish, comfortable, can't wait to use in rain. Moving to the UK in a couple months and was looking for a dressy rain boot to supplement my standard mud boots. Very comfortable and great traction. Took them out of the box and wore all day. The wedge design gives them a little dressy appeal, and I Iike that they are all black, including the tread. My kids even commented on how nice they looked and my mother-in-law wants a pair, too. I am a slender woman and like how the boot fits in the calf. A little warm in the 80 degree weather, but that means I will be enjoying them on the cool 50 degree days after we move. I will be asking Santa for a red pair! August 28, 2011
