Pretty Boot I have yet to find a boot that fits my feet as well as this one does. I have a very small and narrow foot and shoes in general are usually too big from somewhere. But this boot fits not only length wise but also width wise and therefore it might be a bit too narrow for the average person. The shaft of the boot also fits, which I'm a little surprised because another petite person said the shaft was too long for her. I also love the rise (wedge) in the front of the boot because it pretty much matches the heel so although it looks like a high heal it doesn't put the strain on your foot as a "standard" high heal. The only negative I can see with this boot is the lack of arch support and lack of cushion in the entire boot. Don't get me wrong its not super uncomfortable but it would have been perfect if it had cushion throughout and if there were any arch support. I did add the petals that are made for the ball of the foot and that works well for me. Darn near perfect boot. Thanks Rockport!! December 17, 2012

returning these boots I bought 2 pair, brown and black, hoping that they would not be too tall. Unfortunately, there was no shaft height given in description and I am quite petite. They are too tall for me, so I have to return both. Had there been more info, I would not have purchased. They are a beautiful boot, and very comfortable, just do not fit someone as petite as me.
