Very comfortable for walking
I do a lot of standing at work, so I wanted dress shoes with good arch support so my feet wouldn't hurt at the end of the day. I decided on these truWALK shoes. I ordered them online, but unfortunately never got to try them out in a store beforehand. I was a bit surprised because it felt as if what would normally be the raised arch support was on the outside of the shoes, rather than the inside by the arch. They were unlike any shoes I've ever felt before. They took a few days to get used to and it was a bit unnerving because of this, but I must say that they feel great for WALKING. If I do mostly standing, my arches and heels begin hurting again (though not as badly as before), but for walking they are beyond excellent.
They are made with thick, quality-feeling leather, and durable shoelaces (not cheap quality that will break quickly). The finish is not very glossy (brown) which is fine for me, and have seemingly nice rubber bottoms for winter walking. The bottoms curve slightly all the way from the toe to back of the heel to ease the strides and reduce the impact of walking. I have wide feet so I ordered wides. The size and width are perfect.
Overall these are a great pair of dress shoes if you do a lot of walking on the job.

Good, not great.
It "walks" terrific and has eased my back pain. The leather feels a bit plastic to the touch. Style could use more panache.
