Shoes were at least one size larger. I have been ordering Rockport on line for years and the shoes fit perfectly. Never had to return them for fit. This pair had a half inch gap from the back of my heel to the back of the shoe.

I purchased this shoe at a local store two years ago, it still fits and wears perfectly for my feet. The sole's haven't worn after two years. I luckily found it online recently and purchased it without hesitation because it is one of the best shoes that I have ever bought. I now have two pairs, and I am still wearing my first pair. The color of this shoe is lighter than the image and the design is great.

I am returning these. Something happened to Rockport dress shoes in the last 5 years - the opening where you insert your foot has gotten smaller. This is the 4th or 5th pair I have tried. I MUST use a shoe horn to get the shoe on. The size and width are fine. However, the opening is too small.
