I needed some winter boots to handle winters in New England. I was recommended to try Rockport by my girlfriend and I did. These are great boots. They are extremely light yet are not at all lacking in keeping your feet warm. I ordered the widest size I could but they still seem a little narrow but that is more to do with my feet than the boots. All in all it was a great purchase and a great quality product.

My real shoe size is 8 1/2 Medium, but I always get 9M for the extra space for socks. This is the first time in my life a shoe size 9M is (very) tight on me. I liked the shoes so much that I didn't want to give them up since I could not find anything as nice and comfy. So, I reordered the same pair in size 9W. And thank God those fit just right. No pain and discomfort at all. So, before you get them, you may want to consider getting it either in W or 1/2 size larger....
As far as the boots themselves, they are just SUPERB!!!! Very nice and eye catching, feel very warm in a freezing weather ( below 15 degrees) for a good few minutes. They really seem to be of very high quality and built to last.
I am definitely glad I purchased them. If it wasn't for the sizing issue, it would have been a perfect 5 stars.

I think this is an outstanding shoe, great design and they are warm and . extremly comfortable, and multipurpose (fashion and work). You should have boot cut or wide jeans to wear with with the boots. Overall I love them, its my favorite pair of boots that I've ever owned!
