Rated 4 out of 5 by Flawed leather, comfortable shoe First off, this is a great looking shoe, and it fits and feels great. When I ordered this shoe, I was wearing another pair of 8 1/2 Rockports, but when I received these, they were 1/2 too small. I returned them and reordered a 9, so all is well with the size. Why I can't exchange shoes and am out double the amount of the shoe for a few weeks is incomprehensible, but that's another story. There was a discolored mark on the top of the left shoe, a mar in the leather or a little bleaching kind of look. It is small, but for a high quality shoe, I was disappointed. I was going to return them and get yet another pair, but Rockport no longer stocked the size 9 I needed. I was left with a conundrum: do I keep the blemished pair or return them and hope the 9 gets restocked. I kept the ones I had but was bummed that the shoe didn't arrive in the condition I was expecting. August 16, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable Stylish Boat shoe Bought these shoes to wear on vacation where comfort is key. Fits true to size. Requires a little bit of break in. Two minus' the laces are too long you'll have to double knot them to keep them from flopping around and the side vent/drain holes are just there for style. Overall they are confortable, stylish and look great with either jeans or chinos. April 4, 2012
