Rated 2 out of 5 by They had a defect that caused blisters! I have been a fan of Rockport shoes for many years, primarily because of their incredible comfort. Normally, I just wear a new pair the first day, all day, without any "break in" period. Even when I have had jobs where I was on my feet all day, Rockports were my only shoe choice. They never let me down. Because of this, I must have been in denial when I got blisters on top of my left foot after wearing a new pair of Rockports only a few times. It turned out that the upper on the left shoe had a "crease" on the inside where the toe meets the rest of the shoe. Because of my good experiences in the past, I'm just going to try to return these and get another pair. By the way, the Rockport boots I ordered at the same time are a joy to wear! March 5, 2013
