Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits as almost as good as it looks I typically wear a 11 US sized athletic shoe. I took a chance to get these in medium width and in 10.5. They fit almost perfect on my somewhat flat feet. I believe if I bought a wide width in the 10.5 size then these would have been a perfect fit. They look great and feel great otherwise. Very good quality feel when walking. Very little break in needed as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice boots These are comfortable, very well made. There a little tight around the top of the boot but might get better when they are broke in. The only trouble I see is with the laces, they are not what I would put in a very nice boot, they wont stay tied unless you double knot them but of course it could be just me. I would still buy them again infact these are the second pair of rockports that I have bought.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from returned shoes, unsatisfactory fit, too narrow returned, made in Istanbul, apparently using shoe lasts/forms that are different than other locations. also had some protrusions inside that were uncomfortable. will NOT try to by Rockport online again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took forever to break in This is my 3rd pair of Rockports.  I've bought all 3 online. This one was the hardest to break it.  The leather was really STIFF.  I guess that's probably a good thing from a durability standpoint but it's horrible when you factor in comfort.  I actually went online to see if I could get some tips for breaking in leather boots.  I ended up taking the recommendation of using rubbing alcohol.  After a generous application, the boots were MUCH more comfortable.  Overall, these are good shoes but one should be ready to break them in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely comfortable I bought this boot a couple of weeks ago and immediately fell in love with them. They were instantly comfortable, felt very light and gave the feeling of a regular shoe - not a boot. i have been a Rockport customer for over 13 years, with multiple shoe types, but have never had Rockport boots. this was the first time I bought a boot and I was very surprised about how much they felt like a regular Rockport prowalker shoe. I would definitely recommend this boot to anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable, good support Support for the ankle is good. There is sufficient space to press from the ball to the toes. I bought a slightly larger size and put in shoe pads to optimize comfort. After a few weeks of usage, the leather at the front part shows wrinkles In general, I am satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are warm comfortable boots. I bought these for the Winter months and for possible snowshoeing (if we get snow in Upstate NY this year). They are warm, comfortable, light-weight and I like the dark brown color. I have approxmately 25 pairs of Rockport Shoes.
